Law 20,285 on Public Access to Information

On August 20, 2008 was published in the Official Journal Law 20,285 on Public Access to Information, Article 1 approves the Law of Transparency and Public Access to Information of the State Administration, which enter into effect on April 20, 2009.

That law, which governs the principle of transparency of the public right of access to information from bodies of state administration, the procedures for exercising the right and for his protection, as well as exceptions to the advertising of information, contains a series of standards for port state enterprises.
