The organizational structure of the company includes a Director General who is appointed by the Board and that is his sole trust and who is responsible for implementing the agreements that the adoption and monitoring of the administration and operation of the company .

It also has a COO, a Chief Financial Officer and Legal Director, who also meets the work of Secretary of the Board.
